There were rumours that Aamir Khan was upset with Salman Khan, as his sister Arpita Khan's wedding invitation reached Shah Rukh Khan before him.

Aamir and Salman both have had their share of cold vibes with SRK. But of late, the Khans have been very cordial towards each other.

At a promotional event when Aamir was asked about the latest controversy, the actor brushed it off with a laugh. "First of all, I would love Shah Rukh and Salman's friendship to grow. Secondly, Salman doesn't need to send me an invitation card for his sister's wedding. His sister's wedding is like my sister's wedding. Card aye, na aye, mujhe koi fark nahin padhta (I don’t care whether I get a card or not)," said the 49-year-old actor.

Aamir who has repeatedly voiced his desire in public to get Salman married, assured the press yet again that he would give his best shot to the same.

"Woh meri kahan sunte hai, par main koshish zaroor karunga (he doesn't listen to me, but I will definitely try my best). However, I don't know if I can get Salman married, but I will definitely go for his sister's (Arpita) wedding," he added.
