(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Katy Perry has hinted she and husband Russell Brand will start a family soon, saying its very possible.

The American singer married the British comedian earlier this year, after they began dating in 2009. Russell popped the question on New Years Eve last year, and since then the couple have been inseparable.

Katy has now spoken of her love for Russell, explaining he is like no one she has ever met before. The two are already planning a family, with Katy keen to have a large brood.

Absolutely. I dont want to miss out on any experience. I want lots of children. Its all very possible, she explained.

What can I say? Hes brilliant. Every day he amazes me. He makes me laugh like no-one else. We are each others perfect match.

The 26-year-old is looking forward to spending the festive period with her 35-year-old spouse and their families. At the time of the interview the pair hadnt finalised their plans, but Katy is keen to make Christmas extra special this year. She plans to incorporate some things she always does with her family with some new customs, to mark the start of her married life.

There will be me and Russ and a pink Christmas tree and a tofu-urky. Well open one present the night before because thats the tradition in my family, she explained to Grazia magazine. And well do something new. Well start our own new tradition because we are a family now.

Katy added she is proud the pair managed to keep their Indian wedding private when it took place in October. It was important to both of them that it was as personal as possible, and she is relieved they managed to stop any pictures of the ceremony leaking.

The star was adamant the union shouldnt be a public event, explaining she wanted it to be about the love she and Russell have for each other. (C) Cover Media
