(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ke$ha has started painting to help her deal with the monotony of touring.

The 24-year-old is currently travelling with her Get Sleazy Tour and says being on the road isnt as fun as people think. She often has long periods of time when shes on her own which she finds boring, so shes decided to try a new hobby to help while away the hours.

I have recently taken up painting as a way of killing time on tour, she explained.

Ke$ha is renowned for being outrageous and the way she paints is as eccentric as her personality. She doesnt use small brushes or an easel to create her artworks, instead preferring to put her whole body to work on the pieces.

I got a big canvas, threw some paints down and then stripped off and tolled around on it. Its very liberating. And very, very messy, she enthused. (C) Cover Media
