(Cover) - EN Star Style - Keira Knightley has been praised for her bravery when it comes to haircuts.

Keira has been styled by hairdresser to the stars Michael Barnes, and he admits he particularly admires the way the actress approaches her locks.

The hair expert is one of the UKs most respected hairdressers, with fashionistas flocking to his salon. Michael says he loves the fact that Keira is experimental with her hair and easy to work with.

Shes good at having her hair cut. She can carry it off, he told Cover Media. Shes a really good, nice girl.

Michael who boasts a salon on Londons Shaftesbury Avenue says that the British beauty is lucky because she can pull off a range of hairstyles. He says the short tresses and relaxed style she sported in 2002 film Bend It Like Beckham really complimented her natural beauty.

In Bend it Like Beckham. That look suits her best in the football shirt. I prefer her blonde, she can carry off dark hair too, shes lucky, he added.

Michael also says he loves Emma Watsons edgy cropped look. The hairstylist has found that many people have taken inspiration from the gorgeous star and asked for their locks to be styled in the same way, although some are reluctant to have their hair chopped.

The girl from Harry Potter, I like the short hair fantastic. Ive had a few people coming in to have their hair cut shorter like that, but lots of people are scared, he explained.

Michael has also revealed that he is in awe of emerging British singer Jessie Js tresses. The talented star has an edgy bob with a glossy blunt fringe, and Michael says the look is very fashion-forward.
