(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Keith Urban has been accused of "banging" on the window of a paparazzo's car in a fit of rage.

The country singer, who is married to Nicole Kidman, was apparently upset by the actions of the celebrity photographer after a night out with his wife.

Metro Nashville Police Department's Public Affairs Director Don Aaron has told RadarOnline that photographer Willem Pieterson made a complaint about the incident which allegedly took place on July 27.

The couple - who have two daughters together, Sunday Rose, three, and Faith Margaret, seven months - were leaving a restaurant in Tennessee when Pieterson took pictures of them.

"Pieterson alleges that the couple got into their vehicle and pulled up to his vehicle in the wrong lane. Pieterson alleges that Urban yelled at him and banged on his window," Don stated.

"Pieterson alleges that Urban got out and banged on Pieterson's car with his fist and kicked the rear passenger door.

"Police viewed the victim's door and observed that it was not damaged. The incident report bears the classification of intimidation. Follow up is being conducted to sort out the detail of this matter."

Pieterson did not report the incident to authorities until two days after he alleges it took place. (C) Cover Media
