(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Samantha Ronson was arrested for driving under the influence in California yesterday.

TMZ are reporting that the 33-year-old celebrity DJ was driving home from Las Vegas at 10.30am when she was pulled over for speeding in her black Porsche.

Samantha, who is the ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan, was given a field sobriety test which allegedly did not go well.

Law enforcement sources told the site that she refused to submit to a breathalyser test and was arrested at the scene in Baker, California.

She was transported to a local substation where she blew into a breathalyser which allegedly found her to be over the legal limit.

The booking sheet lists Samantha as 5' 7" and 102 pounds and sources say she was cooperative with authorities the whole time.

Samantha had DJ'd at the Lavo nightclub in the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas the night before she made the long drive home which would have taken her up to six hours.

Samantha was recently accused of flaunting her new girlfriend Erin Foster in front of Lindsay in a bid to get her jealous.

A source told X17 Online that Sam is "fed up with Lindsay and is doing this to make her jealous".

It was previously reported that Lindsay was "heartbroken" over their break up in 2009 but has tried to remain close to the DJ, even moving right next door to her home in Venice, California. (C) Cover Media
