(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kellan Lutz enjoys socialising and is always on the hunt for "new blood".

The 26-year-old Twilight star is a people person. Despite an impressive Hollywood salary, the hunky star prefers to keep his home life in Australia simple.

Kellan enjoys living with other people and is keen on developing a loving environment with roommates.

The actor acquires new flatmates in quite the typical fashion.

"I like being around people, so I posted an ad on Craigslist saying I was looking for new blood," Kellan explained to GQ magazine. "Dick's one of my roommates. Dick came by and we liked him, so, yeah, now he's one of my boys."

When Kellan is not hanging out with his boys at his house, he is working out. Exercising is a key part of Kellan's daily routine. He does get bored with the same old workouts though, and partakes in a lot various physical activities to keep him stimulated.

"I get bored working out inside, so the beach has been my place lately," Kellan said.

"I run, I swim, I play paddleball, basketball, do some mixed martial arts. I like mixing things up."
