(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kelly Brook is said to be blissfully happy to be expecting her and Thom Evans first child.

The 31-year-old British actress-and-model took to social networking website Twitter last night to share the good news with her fans, revealing that they are delighted to be expecting a daughter.

She has been dating 25-year-old former Scottish international rugby union player Thom since last November and is thrilled to be starting a family with him.

Kelly and Thom are blissfully happy with the news. Theirs has been a whirlwind romance, and its fair to say they hadnt been planning a baby, but when Kelly discovered she was pregnant, both she and Thom were chuffed, a source told British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

Kelly burst into tears on the spot, and Thom was standing there utterly shell-shocked but delighted.

The gorgeous star had been spotted in Beverly Hills with a small baby bump yesterday, causing rumours to begin circulating that she was expecting. It is thought that Kelly waited until she had undergone her three-month scan to show the baby was healthy before she made the announcement.

Kelly has previously dated Hollywood actors Billy Zane and Jason Statham, as well as English rugby union player Danny Cipriani, 23. The pair split in June last year and it is believed that Kelly made sure she informed Danny of the news personally.

There are no hard feelings as far as Danny is concerned, and Kelly made sure she told him herself. He simply wasnt ready for kids, added the source. (C) Cover Media
