The British television personality believes image should reflect personality and gets annoyed when people dont follow this mantra.

Instead of treating fashion as something superficial, Kelly thinks of personal style as an art form that requires steady work and progress as people evolve.

The worst is when people turn themselves into something theyre not, Kelly told the British edition of OK! magazine when asked who should be arrested by the Fashion Police a reference to the style programme where shes a judge.

Im really impressed with Taylor Momsens music but I think shes trying to be something that shes not. You cant be Cindy Lou Who and wake up the next day and be Courtney Love.
