Kelly Osbourne: Jack is fantastic

17th September 2012

Kelly Osbourne wishes she could be more like her brother Jack, as he has a "military sense of mind".

Earlier this year, Jack announced he has multiple sclerosis. Since his diagnosis, family and friends have rallied around the 26-year-old and he has remained in positive spirits despite living with the degenerative neurological disease.

Kelly is in awe of Jack's upbeat personality and insists she wouldn't have coped as well if she was in his position.

"I don't know how he does it. If it was me, I would be so self-loathing and miserable and like, Why me?' But he has almost a military sense of mind, where even if he doesn't want to do something he will just do it. I wish I could be more like my brother," she said during an interview for UK TV show Lorraine. "Everyone is doing really well. And I just want to say thank you to everyone for the well wishes you have been sending to my brother. You have no idea how much it helps and it is just incredible. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you."

Kelly also waded into the nude photo scandal surrounding Britain's Duchess of Cambridge. The 27-year-old TV star is no stranger to intrusion into her private life, having grown up in the public spotlight. Kelly is furious that photographs of Catherine Middleton sunbathing topless while on holiday at a private villa have been published.

"I think what they have done to her is disgusting, I really do. Everybody has the right to privacy, no matter who you are. It's disgusting," she fumed. "The thing that gets to me is that if she had a tan line then they would rinse her for it, so she can't win either way. I just think it's really awful. The one thing that is hers is her body, you know what I am saying? Everything else belongs to the country."
