Khlo believes that she gets a great workout from the cost-effective exercise, especially firming up her legs and increasing her heart rate.

She has admitted having a bigger butt which benefits from the staircase cardio work-out, and has previously advised women with her frame not to wear bikinis with ties on the beach.
