Kourtney and Khlo got me these for my bday party. One of the spikes cut me! These are dangerous shoes! LOL, (sic) she wrote on her Twitter page.

Kim even felt that her fans should fully share in the gory reality of her trauma by posting a picture of her blood-stained injury on her blog.
