The reality television star is renowned for her sophisticated and classic fashion choices that complement her gorgeous curves and stunning features.

The raven-haired beauty took to her blog recently to reveal her favourite current trend. Kim says she has been embracing the more fun side of fashion.

"I was looking through all the press clippings from this week and found so many features on bright coloured fashion and wild and wacky shoes! These are my favourite, fun trends for summer right now and it's obvious that a lot of others are loving this trend too," she wrote.

Kim loves mixing neutral tones with bright colour pops. The star, who is set to marry her fianc Kris Humphries later this summer, says stand-out hues make an outfit a little more "wow".

"My favourite accessories trend for the summer is bright and bold bags and colourful clutches. Wearing a simple neutral or nude outfit with a super bright bag will make it stand out even more!" she explained.

"I think head to toe white can be really pretty and perfect for summer. You can accessorise with some gorgeous jewellery or add a splash of colour with a bright bag or shoes. I'm all about adding pops of colour this summer!" (C) Cover Media
