Kris Humphries is demanding that Kim Kardashian's deposition be videotaped, it is reported.
The couple will head to court later this year to thrash out their divorce settlement stemming from the end of their 72-day marriage.
And RadarOnline claims that the basketball player is telling friends that he is not intimidated by Kim's high-powered attorney and just wants the truth about their marriage to come out.
"Kris' lawyer Lee Hutton has told [Kim's attorney Laura Wasser] that he intends to videotape Kim's deposition, which is common practice in divorce proceedings," the source told the site.
"Kardashian's camp has vowed to vehemently fight having the deposition taped, they don't think it's necessary and are afraid that it could get leaked to the media, despite assurances from Kris' lawyer all video evidence will be kept in a safe and won't see the light of day until the trial."
"[Kris] is vowing to take [the divorce] to trial unless Kim publicly apologises to him, and admits that the marriage was a fraud. He absolutely isn't interested in her money, period."
Kim will be drilled during her oral testimony on matters including a $325,000 wedding gift from a Malaysian businessman and whether the marriage was just her ploy for television ratings.
