LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian made a little girl's wish come true yesterday.

The country singer and the actor spent the afternoon with Cadence Cogs who is suffering from multiple ailments one of which will lead to her going blind.

The couple heard via Twitter that she really wanted to go to Disneyland before she lost her eyesight completely, so the pair arranged a trip through the Wish Upon A Hero foundation.

Cadence and her family were flown out from their home in Hawaii to spend a week at the Los Angeles theme park.

"Just spent a lovely hr with the most beautiful family, the Cogs family," LeAnn wrote on her Twitter page.

"Cadence is a blessing. She was so wide eyed & the family so grateful! A little girl's whole life was made today and her whole family got to share in her joy.

"@wishuponahero THIS is why you guys should be so proud of the organisation you have created."

LeAnn and Eddie spent time walking around the large park and going on rides like The Little Mermaid with the family of five.
