(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Leighton Meester and Justin Long's romance is getting more serious, according to sources.

The pair are currently in New York, where Leighton is filming hit TV show Gossip Girl. The stunning star, who gained fame for playing the role of Blair Waldorf in the US drama series, has been joined by Justin in the city.

A source has told the New York Post that the couple are enjoying each other's company in between shooting for Gossip Girl.

"Justin has a place on the Lower East Side, and they have been spending a lot of time together," the source revealed.

The pair were first spotted together earlier this year. In May, they were seen enjoying a romantic dinner in Los Angeles before leaving the restaurant hand in hand.

Justin split from Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore last year after an on-off relationship.

Leighton, 25, played Justin's girlfriend who leaves him in the 2010 romantic comedy Going the Distance, which he also starred in with Drew.
