(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Liam Neeson says his Chronicles of Narnia co-star Will Poulter is the real deal.

The Irish actor has once again lent his voice to the character of Aslan for the latest instalment of the films based on the childrens books written by C.S. Lewis. Liam was thrilled when Will joined the cast to play Eustace Scrubb for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. He believes the 17-year-old star who previously appeared in Son of Rambow - has the talent to make it big in Hollywood, as long as he remains down to earth.

He is very good. I think he is the real deal, I hope he has a future, Liam said in an interview with British television show This Morning. I hope he stays grounded, he is a beautiful kid to talk to and he is very, very talented.

Liam loves playing majestic lion Aslan in the movies, but admits he wasnt familiar with the popular series of books before he landed the role. However, his son Michaels interest in the stories caught his imagination and he is now a huge fan.

I am ashamed to say I didnt know much about the books, and C.S. Lewis is from Belfast and I grew up near there, the 58-year-old explained. I didnt know the books at all as a kid; it was my eldest boy Michael who introduced me to them when he was nine. (C) Cover Media
