(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lily Collins doesn't like planning her private life as her work is so regimented.

The actress is playing Snow White in the upcoming film inspired by the fairytale, which is being directed by Tarsem Singh. She loves shooting movies but admits sticking to tight deadlines can get boring. For that reason she never plans what to do in her downtime, preferring to take things as they come.

"I spend my free time just living. Swimming, running, drinking coffee, meeting friends to go to the beach or watching a movie. I don't like to plan my private life. My work is already pretty organised!" she laughed. "I also have a great hobby, I visit all the second-hand and antiquarian fairs. I am really good at tracking down old farm tools and creating works of art with pieces of old machinery."

Lily is the daughter of legendary drummer Phil Collins and Jill Tavelman. Both her parents have impacted her out of work interests. Her mother encouraged her love of history, while she developed a passion for music from her father.

"I like singing. But I do not play drums, just one drummer in the family is enough!" she laughed to Italian magazine Flair. (C) Cover Media
