Lindsay Lohan considers rehab return

26th September 2010

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan is planning to voluntarily enter a rehab facility in the next few days.

The actress is keen to show she is serious about cleaning up her life and getting her career back on track. She was taken into custody on Friday when Judge Elden Fox denied Lindsay bail after she failed two random court-ordered drug tests. However, following an appeal from Lindsays legal team a judge later threw out the original ruling and the star walked free from the Lynwood Correctional Facility later that night.

She has been ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and avoid visiting places where alcohol is the chief item of sale.

In a bid to prove she is taking her recovery seriously, Lindsay - who is believed to have tested positive for cocaine and Adderall, a drug taken for ADHD - wants to check into a rehab programme.

"She will step up her treatment and do more than what she was previously ordered to do," a source told People.

Lindsay was allowed to leave her court ordered 90-day rehab stint at UCLA early last month.

The troubled star spent 13 days in jail and 23 days in rehab after she violated the terms of her 2007 conviction for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

Meanwhile, the 24-year-old troubled star has allegedly been caught on camera apparently injecting what appears to be heroin into her arm.

These images of her with the syringe are terrifying, a source told News of the World. What no one knows for certain is just how often Lindsay does drugs - or exactly which drugs she does.

Other photographs which are believed to have been taken at a Hollywood party in 2007 show Lindsay laughing and hugging Paris Hilton.

Lindsays next scheduled appearance in court is for her formal probation hearing on October 22. (C) Cover Media
