(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan's friends are concerned that the actress is partying too much.

The 25-year-old actress had nights out in Malibu over the weekend with Paris and Nicky Hilton but sources close to the star have told RadarOnline that they think she needs to pull back from the Hollywood scene.

Lindsay was given a stern talking to by Judge Stephanie Sautner last month about picking up the pace of her community service and starting her therapy sessions.

She has only completed around 40 hours out of the 480 hours she has been ordered to do by July 2012, stemming from her pleading no contest to stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewellery store earlier this year.

"Lindsay has been told what she needs to do. Lindsay knows that she must do the community service, but she doesn't seem to be taking Judge Sautner's warning seriously," a source close to the actress told the site.

"The day after Lindsay was in court for her last progress report, she was spotted at a beach party in Dana Point.

"Lindsay tells her team that she will finish the community service in time, but given her track record... well, one thing is certain Judge Sautner won't tolerate any excuses, period."

The Mean Girls star was seen leaving Paris' summer beach home at 4am on Sunday morning and was also at the heiress's house on Friday night.

She was pictured being helped up off the ground by Paris after she fell to the floor.

"Lindsay is an adult, she can make her own decisions. But as someone that is supposed to be in recovery to an addiction to drugs and alcohol, Lindsay shouldn't be partying until the wee hours of the morning," the insider added.

Lindsay's role in the biopic of crime boss John Gotti's life, Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father, does not start until next year but her camp are apparently trying to get some work lined up for the actress to keep her occupied until then. (C) Cover Media
