17th May 2012

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Lopez reportedly isn't worried about financial compensation in relation to American Idol.

It is rumoured that the superstar will not return to her post as judge on Simon Cowell's hit TV talent show. Jennifer, who recently garnered the coveted top spot on Forbes' 2012 list of most powerful celebrities, reportedly made $20 million for her role during her second season.

Despite reports to the contrary, Jennifer isn't leaving the programme due to monetary disputes.

"I really don't think it's about money," a source told E! Online. "Idol is a huge commitment and she doesn't want to be tied down to it."

The superstar singer-and-actress is preparing to release her new romantic comedy What to Expect When You're Expecting this weekend. Jennifer will also begin a concert tour with Enrique Iglesias and Latin group Wisin Y Yandel in July performing at dates across North America.

Jennifer's tour will take place in 20 cities in the US, Canada and Latin America. The performances will kick off in Montreal, Canada, on July 14. (C) Cover Media
