Finally, the prince of Telugu film industry has a good news to share with all his fans. Yup! The actor has been signed for Manirathnam's next movie, which is expected to be a big-budgeted period movie to be produced at a cost of Rs.250Crores. The filmmaker has been involved in the preproduction phase of this movie nearly for 4 years and had already got the script and screenplay completed by late actor Sujatha. Now that the Tamil version has three major actors Vijay, Vikram and Vishal in lead roles, the filmmaker has roped in Mahesh Babu to perform one of the lead roles in Telugu version. Mahesh Babu himself has confirmed the news through his twitter as he said, "Now for some big news..met Mani sir this morning..yes, the legendary Mani Ratnam..my dream is coming true finally..I will be working in a Mani Ratnam film..one of the happiest days of my life,"
