(Cover) - EN Star Style - Matt Damon says over the years he has learnt that [his] wife should dress him.

The American actor who was once named Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine - has admitted that one of the things he has learnt in the past ten years is that he needs his wife for style advice.

Matt is happily married to Luciana Bozn Barroso whom he met in 2003 -and the couple have three daughters together; Isabella, four, two-year-old Gia and Stella, who was born in October. Luciana also has a daughter from a previous relationship called Alexia.

Despite his dapper appearance, the 40-year-old actor says that the biggest lesson he has learnt when it comes to styling himself is that he should leave it to his partner.

That my wife should dress me, he told the British edition of Glamour magazine when asked what he had learnt about style over the past ten years.

Matt also revealed that he has a huge appetite and struggles to avoid food which makes him prone to weight gain. Instead of putting pressure on himself to tone up for an acting role close to a deadline, the star has admitted that he starts preparing earlier than he perhaps needs to.

I exercise better than I used to. I have trouble cutting out all the food that I like, so I start getting ready for movies by preparing earlier. I could eat a ten-course meal pretty much every night if you let me, he added. (C) Cover Media
