(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Mel B has woken up in her stage costume from last night's Olympic closing ceremony performance.

The songstress reunited with Spice Girl members Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Mel C in London to perform a medley of their greatest hits at the high profile extravaganza.

Mel B wore a sheer, gold-embellished Zuhair Murad bodysuit for the event, with the star keeping her glitzy outfit on to celebrate with Mel C, Emma and Geri after the show.

Her bandmates jokingly berated Mel B on Twitter for remaining in her stage costume, and the star has now taken to the social networking site to reveal the extent of her love for the sparkly outfit.

"@GeriHalliwell @MelanieCmusic @EmmaBunton girls I woke up STILL in my outfit! (sic)" she exclaimed.

Geri had previously taken to her Twitter profile to muse about what state Mel B was in after celebrating their performance into the early hours. The star - famed for her 'Ginger Spice moniker - revealed she was proud of their reunion after watching footage from last night's event back.

"Oh what a night! What a party! is melb still in her performance outfit?#spiceolympics (sic)," she quipped, before adding: "I just watched it back... ! #spiceolympics."
