After playing the same role for eight years in That 70s Show, the 27-year-old actress has recently received high critical praise for her portrayal of ballerina Lily in thriller Black Swan alongside Natalie Portman.

The petite actress underwent a notoriously tough training regime for the role of Lily, slimming down to around 91lbs.

Ive learned my lesson. I dont like looking at myself 40 times my own size because all you end up doing is nitpicking, she told the British edition of OK! magazine.

Despite receiving high praise for her part of elusive Lily, Mina has vowed never to become complacent.

The Ukraine-born beauty admitted that whether the film is an action movie or a romantic comedy she is never fully comfortable in a role.

I think the second I get comfortable in any genre I should probably quit, she said.

Milas performance in Black Swan won her the Marcello Mastroianni for Best Young Actor or Actress at the 67th Venice International Film Festival, and earned her Golden Globe Award and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations for Best Supporting Actress. (C) Cover Media
