(Cover) - EN Star Style - Vanessa Minnillo embraced tradition when it came to her wedding underwear.

The 30-year-old star wed pop singer Nick Lachey on Sir Richard Branson's private Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands earlier this month.

Vanessa looked stunning in an elegant Monique Lhuillier gown on her big day, and has revealed even her underwear followed marriage custom.

"Yes! Something new is the dress," she replied when the British edition of OK! magazine asked if she followed the tradition of wearing something old, borrowed and blue.

"Something old was one of my best friend's pendants that has been in her family for decades. It was pinned to my bouquet, also it was borrowed.

"And something blue, there was a blue bow on my garter belt, as well as my undies!"

Vanessa felt happy with the way she looked for her nuptials. The beauty admits it was a long journey selecting the right frock though.

"Finding the dress was a little bit of a tumultuous process for me, because I'd never thought about my wedding day or my wedding dress and it kind of all came rather quickly," she smiled. (C) Cover Media
