The nude picture of the 27-year-old model, who has also been campaigning for causes related to baby birth, will appear on the pages of the latest issue of the American fashion magazine W. The Australian model was also overheard saying that she will not think twice about ending her career as a model if it is for the good of her child and family.

In spite of having conceived at a tender age of 27, Miranda Kerr is very happy and excited about being a mother. The model has always expressed her love and desire about having a child of her own. Miranda Kerr has also been vociferous about fistula, a medical procedure where the baby is born without the assistance of proper medical authorities and appropriate care.

The model who was heard saying in an interview that she was not even aware of the fact that she is pregnant even after the initial pangs of sickness stroke her hard, first realized that he was carrying a child in her womb at the fashion capital Paris during an advertisement campaign for designer Jil Sander.
