Sidharth poses with Gorkha regiment during 'Shershaah' shoot

24th May 2019

Actor Sidharth Malhotra is on a roll with three big fat projects in his kitty. Titled 'Shershaah' directed by Vikram Batra is a biopic based on Kargil hero, Captain Vikram Batra.

While the crew had began shooting for the flick in Chandigarh, writer Shabbir Boxwala treated us with a surprise to keep us updated. The writer went on to share an image of Sidharth with the Gorkha Regiment of Palampur posing in the lap of snow-clad mountains. Accompanying him is filmmaker Vishnu Vardhan.

The actor is sporting a clean-shaven look, looking slimmer and younger than his actual age making him unrecognizable in the picture. The character he is playing was honoured with Param Vir Chakra and was called Shershaah by Pakistan army, thus the title.

While 'Shershaah' locks a 2020 release, he has two films set to entertain the audience in 2019 Prashant Singh's 'Jabariya Jodi' and Milap Zaveri's 'Marjaavaan'.
