It will start off with Kamal Haasan's 'Manmadhan Ambu' that brings Kamal Haasan, Madhavan and Ramesh Aravind together. The other film 'Vaanam', a remake of Telugu movie 'Vedam' will feature Simbhu, Bharath, Prakash Raj, Sonia Agarwal, Sneha Ullal and Vega together. Bala's upcoming film 'Avan Ivan' will have the K-town's most happening hunks – Vishal and Arya coming together for the first time. Venkat Prabhu's 'Mankatha' will be the biggest of all big tickets as it features 'Thala' Ajith Kumar along with Action King Arjun, Trisha and Lakshmi Rai in lead roles. The trend of multi-starrer movies started in Kollywood with South Indian Artists Association President Sarath Kumar requesting the actors to opt for this tactics to attract more audiences into the theatres.
