Yesteryear actress Radha's daughter Karthika makes her debut in Kollywood through K.V. Anand's upcoming film 'Ko'. The actress stars alongside Pia Bajpayee in female lead role opposite Jeeva. But much prior to making her appearance in Tamil movie, the actress shot to fame with her international project based on the life of Ravi Varma that had cinematographer Santhosh Sivan in lead role. In fact, Danny Boyle of 'Slumdog Millionaire' fame appreciated her performance.   The actress plays the journalist's role in this movie and she tells that her friends in Mumbai helped her a lot. 'I have many friends working as journalists in Mumbai. They helped me a lot to gain the attributes of a professional journalist and I think it has come out well' tots up Karthika.
