(Cover) - EN Star Style - Neil Patrick Harris relies on his partner to dress him.

The American actor, who is best known for playing Barney Stinson on CBS show How I Met Your Mother, admits to not having much dress sense before he met David Burtka in 2004.

The 38-year-old star often relied on a simple combination of jeans and T-shirts. He now appreciates the advice he receives from his partner and TV stylists.

"I used to be a real jeans and V-neck T-shirt guy all the time. But I've learned a lot from our wardrobe department and David, my better half, loves dressing well. He's taught me and dressed me a lot," he explained to WWD.

Neil loves getting bossed around when it comes to his wardrobe choices. The actor, who was named one of TIME magazine's 100 most influential people last year, says he often takes a back seat when it comes to fashion.

"I'm very content with either a wardrobe mistress or a better half saying Wear this, wear this, with these and that,'" he quipped. (C) Cover Media
