After years of activity on Salman Khan's hit and run case, it finally evolves into the final stage which has found new evidence, a statement of the RTO Officer to the special CBI Court recording that Salman had no driving license in his name during the incident occurred in 2002.

The statement is an inclusion to previous allegation of 'Drink and Drive' that befell on Salman. The Bandra police have recorded the statement of the RTO Officer who has been handling the case. 

Following the investigation upon the same, the case will move forward to the next stage. During last week's hearing, the court had asked the prosecution to record the statements of the additional witnesses before submitting their application to the court.
