Sonam Kapoor who was infected with a respiratory infection, is discharged from the hospital. A couple of days back, Sonam lost a diamond necklace worth Rs.5 lakhs from her bungalow.

She lodged a complaint with the Juhu police accompanied by her mother, Sunita on February 5 saying that she attended a party on February 4 at Bandra wearing the same necklace and returned late night after the party. She kept the necklace in a drawer in her room at 2 am and later she found it missing in the morning.

Reports say that the actress was given some jewellery by a well known jewellery brand for endorsement. The actress was wearing the same jewel since then for all the parties.

The Juhu police have begun with the investigation and the police will also check the CCTV footage of the party that Sonam attended to find whether she was wearing the necklace when she left the venue.
