(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Preparations for Nicole Richie and Joel Maddens wedding appear to be underway at her father Lionel Richies mansion.

Television personality and fashion guru Nicole is engaged to Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, who she has two-year-old daughter Harlow and 14-month-old son Sparrow with.

The pair have been secretive about their marriage plans, although it is expected they will wed at singer Lionels home within the next week.

Photographers from website X17 have spotted trucks delivering equipment thought to be wedding paraphernalia to and from Lionels Beverly Hills mansion, and they also seen workers unloading equipment seemingly used to make a platform for guests to stand on in the garden.

Nicole sparked rumours the wedding is set to take place soon when she was spotted spending extra time working out, reportedly to get in shape for her big day. The beauty has been spending a great deal of time at Tracy Anderson Method Studios in Studio City, California. She is believed to have been partaking in various activities including dancing, kicking and boxing.

It is expected Nicole and Joels ceremony will be a relatively intimate affair, with a sprinkling of celebrity guests. It is thought two-year-old Harlow will be a flower girl and Nicoles showbiz pals such as Samantha Ronson and Christina Aguilera will be in attendance. (C) Cover Media
