Superstar Ajay Devgn is leaving no stone unturned for his directorial debut film 'Shivay'. The actor, who marks his debut in direction with this one is burning the midnight oil to perfect the same.

And his team apparently will also have one of the biggest names of the international film circuit. Ajay has reportedly approached Nicole Kidman for a key role in the film.

Though she has not signed on the dotted line, she has taken it into consideration. It remains to be seen if she joins the cast on Ajay's offer.
