(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nikki Reed's wedding is already in the planning stages, her fianc Paul McDonald has revealed.

The 23-year-old Twilight actress recently got engaged to the former American Idol contestant after a whirlwind romance.

The couple met on the red carpet at the Red Riding Hood premiere in March and Paul proposed just three months later.

The wedding preparations seem to be progressing just as quickly, as Paul revealed some plans are already in place.

"I'll let you guys know those plans as soon as they are allowed to come out," he told People.

The 26-year-old musician couldn't contain his excitement about his upcoming nuptials as he gushed about his bride-to-be.

The singer, who will be touring the US with the official American Idol tour this summer, is grateful that the talent contest let him to finding the woman of his dreams.

"[The engagement] has been really exciting," he said. "I'm really pumped up about that. She's an amazing lady, and I'm very lucky to be hanging out with her. We crossed paths on this random American Idol journey. That led me to my future wife, so that's cool." (C) Cover Media
