(Cover) - EN Movies - Orlando Bloom will lead the cast of Idea in America.

It was announced at the Cannes Film Festival that the actor will join Nick Nolte, Stanley Tucci and Cristiana Capotondi for the comedy which is written and directed by Cecilia Miniucchi.

The comedy follows an Italian ornithologist on a road trip from California to Georgia. The coming-of-age theme resonates throughout the movie as the character is trying to find an American bald eagle, along with her dream job and independence.

Indomina Releasing, who is handling worldwide sales for the project, is looking forward for filming to start with the stellar cast.

Weve been on the lookout for a great, original comedy with mass commercial appeal, and Idea in America has it all, said the companys head Bruce Kirkland. The story has the irreverent freshness that audiences are drawn to and truly appreciate and the casting is perfect.

Jeffrey Coulter, Fred Roos, Claudio Saraceni and Jenny Hinckey are producing the film.
