After months of speculations, rumours, and leaks it's confirmed that Yami Gautam and Hrithik Roshan are paired opposite each other for 'Kaabil'.

A project backed by Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan and to be directed by Sanjay Gupta is a love-revenge drama to go on floors soon.

While asserting the news, Rakesh Roshan too explained why he zeroed down on Yami for the female lead. He said, "Yami is a fine actress and makes a fresh pairing with Hrithik. She suits the role to the T and we are glad to have her on board."

Adding further more he confirmed that the film is totally relevant to today's time period, "After a long time, I have heard a novel story with all the commercial ingredients, so I'm very excited about it."

So far, this will be Yami's biggest project of the career, as her previous releases had actresses in parallel tracks with her.

It is also said that film will be shot in start to finish pattern in three months schedule.
