(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Owen Wilson has become a dad for the first time.

The 42-year-old star of Wedding Crashers and Starsky & Hutch has welcomed a baby boy with girlfriend Jade Duell, born in Hawaii.

The actor has been dating Jade for over a year and had recently announced that she was expecting after keeping the pregnancy a secret for the majority of its term. He revealed through sources at the time that he was "very excited and involved with the pregnancy," as well as trying to be as involved as he could.

But now sources can reveal Owen has a new addition to his family who has yet to be named.

The first-time dad has previously dated Kate Hudson and Sheryl Crow in the past but has suggested that Jade may be the chosen one. He revealed last month that he believes she is special as he often wants to hear what she has to say.

"When you stop talking about yourself and you're more open to listening to what they're interested in and what they want to talk, that's how you know. Maybe you're more open to even renting a movie like Steel Magnolias. Before you know it, you're getting late fees for Sleepless in Seattle and you're giving up the remote control!
