Power Star's previous movie 'Komaram Puli' turned out to be a box office disaster, but that doesn't seem to have had any effects on the actor. He is now vigorously shooting for his next untitled film, a remake of Hindi movie 'Love Aaj Kal' that is directed by Jayanth Paranjipe followed by Singeetham Srinivasan's movie based on the life of Jesus Christ and another untitled movie. Pawan Kalyan has acquired the Telugu remake rights of 'Dabangg' that was a box office blockbuster starring Salman Khan in lead role. The Telugu remake will be directed by 'Mirapakay' fame Harish Shankar titled as 'Gabbar Singh'. It is worth mentioning that Pawan Kalyan was supposed to play the lead role in 'Mirapakay' and was later replaced by Ravi Teja due to some call sheet issues.
