(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Pete Wentz and Michelle Trachtenberg were spotted together over the weekend, sparking rumours they have rekindled their romance.

The Fall Out Boy rocker and the Gossip Girl actress went to grab coffee in Los Angeles on Sunday and seemed very comfortable in each other's company.

The pair dated before Pete married Ashlee Simpson in 2008 and went on to have a son, Bronx, together.

It is not clear if they are just good friends or if they are rekindling the romance they once had.

Pete and Ashlee have filed for divorce but have remained friends for the sake of their two-year-old son and have regularly been seen on family outings together.

Ashlee has already moved on and has been pictured kissing Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza. (C) Cover Media
