Choreographer-filmmaker Prabhu Deva and Ramlath have been going through hard times for the past couple of year. Of course, the Prabhu Deva-Ramlath affair has been running high on airs as headlines for past one year. Ramlath kept on ringing for her justice and indeed registered case on conjectural rights. But now she has gave up her hope and applied for divorce along with Prabhu Deva on mutual consent.

According to the reports, Prabhu Deva has accepted to handover a big deal of property for his two songs and alimony of Rs.10Lakhs for his wife. A property of a huge bungalow in ECR, Couple of flats and acres of land in Hyderabad, a posh bungalow in Anna Nagar and couple of cars. The property has been given to his sons and Prabhu Deva will maintain the legal papers. The family court has issued orders for Prabhu Deva to meet his sons when he desires to.
