Director Prabhu Solomon, who made an emotional film "Mynaa", is making another film (titled Kumki) set in the forest backdrop. But "Kumki" will be a straight contrast to "Mynaa" in terms of content, he says.

'Kumki will be loaded with comedy. The movie will be so hilarious. It is about Bomman (Vikram Prabhu), a mahout in the forest and Alli (Lakshmi Menon), a tribal girl. The film is shaping up good,' the director says.

Happy about launching thespian Sivaji Ganesan's grandson and Prabhu's son as the protagonist, Prabhu Solomon says, 'Vikram Prabhu is young and energetic. He did enough homework for his role in "Kumki" and I am happy to introduce him in Kollywood.'

On Lakshmi Menon, he says, 'She is so talented and totally transformed herself as a tribal girl. A dedicated artist, she will become popular once "Kumki" gets release. We are holding the shooting on a fast track.'
