Adding a comic element to his villainous act, Prakash Raj was superb in his role of 'Gani Bhai'. Though the actor is busy with his projects down south, he will make a comeback to Bollywood in the near future. According to reports circulating in the media, Prakash Raj will next be seen in the forthcoming Rohit Shetty venture starring him and Ajay Devgn in lead roles. Confirming this piece of news to the media from his base down south, Prakash Raj says through an online statement that he has signed the dotted lines for the Rohit Shetty project and is very excited about filming his second Bollywood film.

Prakash Rajs second brush with Bollywood will be the remake of his Tamil blockbuster film Singam. While Prakash Raj will portray the same character he played in the Kollywood venture, Ajay Devgn will play the part of Suriya in Singam. The Rohit Shetty project has not been titled yet.

Prakash Raj is surely on a professional high these days. Not only is his career in Bollywood looking up, several of his productions down south will also hit the screens very soon, and if reports are anything to go by, Vaanam, Payanam and Mayilu are some of the most awaited Kollywood projects this year. Therefore, it surely looks like a prosperous and busy year ahead for the producer and actor Prakash Raj.
