(Cover) - EN Fashion - Rachel Zoe says she carries at least two pairs of sunglasses and nude underwear with her at all times.

The 39-year-old fashion stylist is best known as the woman who helped turn Nicole Richie into a style icon, and her other celebrity clients have included actresses such as Mischa Barton and Keira Knightley.

Rachel always looks elegant herself, and says she carries plenty of fashion essentials with her to make sure her good looks remain intact throughout the day. The star says putting on a cool pair of sunglasses gives her an instant lift, and allows her to hide from the public eye.

I have at least two pairs of sunglasses at all times, because you get really worn down by the end of the day and just want to disappear, she told Us Weekly magazine.

The fashionista says she also always makes sure she has nude underwear in her handbag because she often changes outfits in public.

I have Calvin Klein seamless nude boy shorts and a thong. You never know if youll have to change your outfit and panty lines are never chic! laughed the beauty.

Rachel said she also keeps herself armed with accessories so that she can update her look at any moment.
