Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were first seen together onscreen in the movie 'Bachna Ae Haseeno'. Though the film also had Minissha Lamba and Bipasha Basu, it was Deepika who stole the lime-light with her performance and great chemistry with Ranbir.

After a gap of five years, they came together once again in 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' (YJHD). Even though they're not dating anymore, the chemistry between the two still remains intact. And this is what made the film a hit, crossing 100 crores.

After the success of 'YJHD', everyone wants to cast the two together again. So a project that is going to be directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala who are yet to finalise their leading lady are considering Deepika for the same.

Though names like Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt were shortlisted, Deepika also seems to be in the league.

Nothing is confirmed as yet, but it is heard that Imtiaz is keen on casting Deepika.
