After Ayan Mukerji's 'Wake Up Sid' and 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', Ranbir Kapoor will kick start another project of his buddy where he will be essaying the role of a superhero.

Much is not known about the project, but the film is slated to go on floor in February next year. The film was earlier scheduled in June but Ayan had to let go of Ranbir due to his commitment in Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.

Ranbir's slot is also reserved for Anurag Basu's 'Jagga Jasoos' and Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamasha'. It is known that Ranbir is excited to play a caped crusader and he will help Ayan in script and giving the character shape to the superhero with strong mythological elements along with character's back story.
