Rani Mukerji, the once reigning Bollywood queen, is back post the success of her film 'No One Killed Jessica' and signing Reema Kagti's next film with Aamir Khan. Since the past few days, rumors have been rife that Rani Mukerji was planning to don a director's hat sometime soon.

The actress recently stated that she is not ready to enter into a new venture at this stage of her life. She says that being a director is a big responsibility and requires a lot of preparation and as of now, she is happy as an actress. She says that if at all, in future, she plans to take up any interesting subject, she will work towards honing her skills to helm the project.

Rani says that direction is certainly not what she intends to do in the near future but she might take it up once she's settled in life with marriage and kids. So the one's waiting for their favorite actress to turn director, will have to wait for another couple of years.
