January 25, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): Can you imagine your favorite rapper, the hot girl Hard Kaur wearing a long choti and typical salwar kameez like any other simple Punjabi girl? Well, it may sound awkward to many of the fans of the rapper but this has happened in the Akshay Kumar starer movie Patiala House.

In this film, Hard Kaur plays the cousin of Akshay Kumars character. Her name is Komal and she is like any other simple Punjabi girl with typical look and attire. Komal wants to be rapper but she is scared about the reaction of Rishi Kapoors character, who is very tough and strong in his principles. However, she tries to fulfil her wishes going against that fear. Her look in the film is totally opposite to her real life image.

Initially, when director Nikhil Advani approached her with this acting offer, Hard Kaur laughed out loud and considered it as a joke. She asked him several times if he was sure that he is offering her a role in the film. When she was convinced, she went for the screen test but jumbled up her dialogues and had a quite tough time to remember the dialogues.

Hard Kaur said that she was much better in remembering lyrics than remembering dialogues. She said that she feels grateful to Nikhil now for showing the faith in her.

Well, we would also wait to see the new avatar of Hard Kaur in Patiala House.
