(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ryan Reynolds and Charlize Theron have reportedly been dating for months.

Ryan split from his wife Scarlett Johansson last year, with their divorce finalised earlier this month. Charlize's nine-year romance with Stuart Townsend ended in January 2010, with the star thought to have been enjoying time alone since then.

It's now been claimed Ryan and Charlize have been enjoying clandestine dates, with the romance now thought to be hotting up.

"[They] have been dating - for months!" a source told Us Weekly. "They're exclusive, and it's very hush-hush."

The pair are yet to be seen together in public, although it was noted Ryan's motorbike was outside the 35-year-old actress' house on June 5. He was then spotted leaving the property, with Charlize exiting shortly afterwards.

It's thought the pair have bonded as they are both so intent on achieving career success. Charlize is said to be keen to keep their romance under the radar at the moment, and has suggested it would be best for them to keep work and their private life separate.

"They're both career-focused," the source added. "But not in a crazy way.

"She won't go to an event with him, that's not her style."

Following their marriage breakdown, Scarlett began dating Sean Penn. They are no longer together and it was thought she and Ryan, 34, might reconcile after they were spotted enjoying a flirty dinner this month, but it seems they have simply decided to remain close friends. (C) Cover Media
